Chicken Satay Skewers

Ingredients 

3 Boneless chicken thighs

Marinade

  • 1 Tbsp Thai peanut sauce

  • 3 Tbsp Unsweeten coconut milk

  • 2 tsp Sugar

  • 1/2 tsp Fish sauce

What You Need

Container/ bowl

Knife

Pan 

Oil

A few skewer sticks

Steps

  1. Cut the chicken into small chunks and marinate it with marinade for 20-30 mins.

  2. Thread the skewers.

  3. Heat light oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for 2-3 mins each side. Plate the satay skewers and top with satay sauce. It’s ready to serve!

Tips: you can pre-mix extra marinade as a dipping sauce when serving the skewers. Also, garnish with scallion chunks as you desire.
