Chicken Satay Skewers

Ingredients
3 Boneless chicken thighs
Marinade

1 Tbsp Thai peanut sauce

3 Tbsp Unsweeten coconut milk
-
2 tsp Sugar
-
1/2 tsp Fish sauce
What You Need
Container/ bowl
Knife
Pan
Oil
A few skewer sticks
Steps

Cut the chicken into small chunks and marinate it with marinade for 20-30 mins.

Thread the skewers.

Heat light oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for 2-3 mins each side. Plate the satay skewers and top with satay sauce. It’s ready to serve!
Tips: you can pre-mix extra marinade as a dipping sauce when serving the skewers. Also, garnish with scallion chunks as you desire.
