Japanese Stir-fry Pork with Ginger
Ingredients
250g Pork slices
1/2 Onion
1 Ginger
1/2 tsp Sugar
2 tsp Rice Alcohol
2 tsp Soy Sauce

Steps

Chop onion to slices, ginger to thin slices, and scallion to small chunks.

Heat a pan with light oil over medium heat and stir-fry ginger slices first. Then add onion to the pan and stir-fry until it turns soft.

Add pork slices and stir-fry it with rice alcohol, soy sauce, and sugar.

Keep stir-fry the pork slice until it is fully-cooked. Season it with scallion chunks for platting, and it’s ready to serve!
