Korean Beef Bulgogi

Ingredients
200g Beef slice
1/2 onion or 1 small onion
3 Cloves garlic
1 Scallion
Marinade

2 Tbsp Soy Sauce

1 Tbsp Rice Alcohol

3 tsp Sugar

2 tsp Sesame oil
What You Need
Container/ bowl
Pan
Oil
Steps

Slice the onion and chop the scallion into small chunks. Marinate beef slices with marinade for 20 mins.

Heat a pan with light oil over medium heat, then stir-fry onion first.

Add marinated beef slices to the pan, stir-fry it until the beef is fully cooked.

Turn off the heat, season with scallion for plating. It’s ready to serve!
