Korean Mayak Eggs

Ingredients 

6 Eggs

2 tsp Sesame

5 Cloves garlic

1 Scallion

2 Chili

Marinade

  • 1 cup Korean soy sauce

  • 1 cup Water

  • 1 tsp Sugar

Pot

Knife

Steps

  1. Broil the eggs for 6 minutes then cold them down in ice-cold water. (Add eggs into the pot when water is boiled)

  2. Chop garlic, scallion, and chili into small chunks. Peel the eggs when it’s cool down. 

  3. Prepare a container for the marinade. Add Korean soy sauce, garlic, scallion, chili, sugar, sesame, and water to the container. Then add peeled eggs to it. 

  4. Let it marinate overnight in the fridge. It’s ready to serve!
