Mabo Tofu

Ingredients 

200g Ground pork

250g Tofu 

5 Cloves garlic

1 Scallion

1 Chili

2 tsp Bean curd paste

1 tsp Rice Alcohol

1/2 tsp Sugar

1/2 tsp Soy Sauce

Oil

Steps

  1. Dice tofu and chop garlic and scallion to small chunks.

  2. Heat a pan with light oil and stir-fry garlic first. Then add ground pork and cook it to half-cooked.

  3. Add chili bean sauce to the pan and stir it well.

  4. Then add 50 ml of water, rice alcohol, soy sauce, and sugar.

  5. Add tofu to the pan and let it steam cook for 5 min. Turn off the heat and seasoning with scallion. It’s ready to serve!
