Minced Shrimp with Lettuce

Ingredients 

200g Raw peeled shrimp

100g Ground pork

6-8 Pieces of lettuce leaves

1/2 Apple

1 Cup of mushroom

1/4 Onion

2 Cloves garlic

1 Scallion

1/2 tsp Ginger

1/2 Chili

Marinade

  • 2 tsp Sweet potato powder

  • 2 Tbsp Rice Alcohol

  • 1/2 tsp Pepper salt

  • 1/2 tsp Sugar

  • 1 tsp Sesame oil

Knife

Pan

Oil

Steps

  1. Chop the peeled shrimp until coarsely paste.  Marinate the shrimp and ground pork with marinade.

  2. Mince the onion, scallion, chili, garlic, ginger, mushroom, and apple into small chunks. Rinse the lettuce leaves clean and trim to bowl-shaped.

  3. Heat light oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic, ginger, chili to the pan and stir-fry until the smell comes out. Then add shrimp paste and pork to the pan, stir-fry until friable. 

  4. Add minced onion, mushroom, pepper salt, and sesame oil to the pan. Stir-fry until shrimp and pork are cooked through.​

  5. Place the minced shrimp mixture on the lettuce bowls. Garnish with minced scallion and apple chunks. It’s ready to serve!
