Onion Shrimp Cake

Ingredients 

200g Raw peeled shrimp

150g Ground pork

1/2 onion or 1 small onion

1 Scallion

Marinade

  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce

  • 1 tsp Rice Alcohol

  • 1/4 tsp Pepper salt

  • 2 tsp Sugar

  • 1 Egg

  • 1 Tbsp Sweet potato powder

What You Need

Container/ bowl

Knife

Pan

Oil

Steps

  1. Chop the peeled shrimp until coarsely paste and do the same for the ground pork. Chop the onion and scallion into small chunks.

  2. Evenly mix the shrimp and pork paste with onion, scallion chunks, and marinade.  

  3. Heat up a pan with light oil over medium heat. Form the shrimp-pork mixture into patties of the size you prefer. Pan-fry the patties for 4-5 mins on each side or until it turns golden brown and garnish with sesame or lemon slices. It’s ready to serve!
