Pineapple Shrimps

Ingredients 

15 Shrimps

1 cup diced pineapple

3 Tbsp Sweet potato powder

1 cup Taiwanese mayonnaise (or fruit yogurt)

1 tsp Sugar sprinkles

Marinade

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1 tsp Rice Alcohol

  • 1/2 tsp Sugar

What You Need

Container/ bowl

Pan

Oil

Steps

  1. Peel the shrimps and marinate them with salt, sugar, and rice alcohol for 15 min.

  2. Coat marinated shrimps with sweet potato powder.

  3. Heat a pan with 1-inch oil over medium-high heat, then fry the shrimps both until it turns golden brown.

  4. Move the fried shrimps to a clean bowl and mix it with diced pineapple and evenly coat with mayonnaise (or yogurt).

  5. Plate the pineapple shrimps and garnish with sugar sprinkles. It’s ready to serve!
