Poke Bowl

Ingredients 

150 g Sashimi-grade salmon

150 g Sashimi-grade tuna

1/2 Avocado

1/4 Carrot

1/4 Cucumber

1 Cup of Seaweed salad

1 Pinch of Nori

Marinade (per fish)

  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 2 drops Honey

  • 1/4 tsp Sugar

  • 2 tsp Sesame oil

  • 1 tsp Sesame

  • 1/4 tsp Ginger paste or smashed

What You Need

Container/ bowls

Cooked rice

Steps

  1. Dice the salmon and tuna. Then marinate both with marinade for 20 mins.

  2. Slice or cut avocado, carrot, and cucumber to the size you prefer.

  3. Prepare a bowl with a thin layer of cooked rice at the bottom. Place the marinated salmon, tuna, avocado, carrot, cucumber, seaweed salad as you prefer.

  4. Season poke bowl with sesame and nori. It’s ready to serve!
