Pork Rolls with

Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients 

200g Pork slices

10 Asparaguses 

1 Oyster mushroom

10 Okra

Marinade

3 Cloves garlic

3 Tbsp Soy sauce

1 Tbsp Sugar

2 tsp Rice alcohol

1 tsp Sesame

What You Need

Pan or Air fryer

Oil

Knife

Steps

  1. Rinse all the veggies. Cut the oyster mushroom into slices. Remove the white, woody end of the asparagus stalks and cut it into 2-inch length. Chop the garlic into small chunks.

  2. Marinate the pork slices with marinade for 20 mins.

  3. Roll the veggies with the marinated pork slices.

  4. Heat a pan with light oil over medium heat. Pan sear the pork rolls until it’s fully cooked, then garnish with sesame for plating. It’s ready to serve!

Tips: air fryer 390F/ 7 mins
