Sauteed Shredded Pork with Green Pepper

Ingredients 

250g Pork

1 Green pepper

1 Small carrot

5 Cloves garlic

1 Scallion

1 tsp Soy sauce

2 tsp Oyster sauce

2 tsp Rice Alcohol

1 tsp Satay sauce

Oil

Steps

  1. Shred pork and slice green pepper and carrot. Chop garlic into small chunks.

  2. Heat a pan with light oil over medium heat. Stir-fry garlic chunks first, then add green pepper and carrot to the pan.

  3. Add pork slices to the pan and stir-fry with oyster sauce, rice alcohol, and satay sauce.

  4. Stir-fry until pork slices are fully-cooked, and it's ready to serve!
