Scallion Chicken with Sesame Oil

Ingredients 

2 Chicken breasts

2 Scallions

1 tsp Sesame oil

1/4 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper 

Topping sauce

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil

What You Need

Knife

Steamer or Pot

Steps

  1. Chop scallions to small chunks and mix it with topping sauce.

  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and sesame oil on both sides and let it sits for 10 min.

  3. Steam the chicken breasts. When it is done, cut it for platting.

  4. Add the scallion topping sauce on chicken breasts, and it’s ready to serve!

Tip: Save some broth from steamed chicken breasts to add flavor.
