Sichuan Chili Sauce Chicken (Mouth-watering Chicken)

Ingredients
2 Boneless chicken thighs
Marinade

1 Scallion
-
3 Cloves of garlic

1 Minced chili
-
2 tsp Sichuan peppercorn

1 Tbsp Vinegar
-
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
-
2 tsp Sesame oil
-
2 tsp Chili oil
-
2 tsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Crushed peanut
1 bunch of pea sprout
What You Need
Container/ bowl
Pan
Oil
Knife
Steps

Mince scallion, garlic, and chili, then mix them with all the marinade ingredients.

Boil water in a pot over high meat and broil the chicken until fully cooked.

Cut the chicken into slices and mix with the pre-mixed sauce in a bowl.

Chill the chicken in the fridge for 30 mins.

Take the Sichuan pepper chicken out and garnish with pea sprouts and crushed peanuts. It’s ready to serve!
