Stir-fry Beef with Scallions
Ingredients
200g Beef slice
1/2 Onion or 1 small onion
5 Cloves garlic
2 Scallion
1 Chili
Marinade

2 tsp Soy Sauce
-
1 tsp Rice Alcohol
-
1/2 tsp Sugar
-
1 tsp Sweet Potato Powder
1/2 tsp Satay sauce
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Rice alcohol
2 tsp Oyster sauce

What You Need
Container/ bowl
Pan
Oil
Steps

Chop scallion, chili, and garlic to big chunks. Chop onion to slices.

Mix beef slices well with marinade and sweet potato powder, and let it sit in the fridge for 15 min.

Heat a pan with oil over medium heat. Stir-fry garlic chunks and scallion (white part) until the smell comes out.

Then add the marinated beef slices and onion to the pan.

Stir-fry with soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice alcohol, and sugar till the beef is fully cooked.

Turn off the heat and mix it with scallion (green part) and chili. It’s ready to serve!
