Thai Basil Pork

Ingredients 

200g Ground pork

10 Cherry tomatoes

3 Cloves of garlic

1 Basil

1 Thai chili

1 Lime

1 Tbsp Oyster sauce

1 Tbsp Soy sauce

1 tsp Fish sauce

1/4 tsp Sugar

2 tsp Rice alcohol

What You Need

Pan 

Oil

Steps

  1. Mince the garlic and chili. Cut cherry tomatoes into half and cut lime into slices.

  2. Heat a pan with light oil over medium heat. Add ground pork and garlic to the pan. Stir-fry the pork until it’s half cooked, then add chili to it.

  3. Stir-fry the pork with oyster sauce, soy sauce, rice alcohol, fish sauce, sugar, and tomatoes until it’s fully cooked.

  4. Squeeze 1-2 slices of fresh lime juice to it. Add the basil to the pan and stir-fry it well. It’s ready to serve!
