Thai Chili Fried Chicken

Ingredients 

2 Boneless chicken thighs

2 Tbsp Sweet potato powder

Marinade

  • 2 tsp Soy Sauce

  • 1 tsp Rice Alcohol

  • 1/2 tsp Sugar

  • 1/2 tsp Pepper salt

Sauce

  • 1 Minced chili

  • 5 Cloves of garlic

  • 1 tsp Minced cilantro

  • 2 tsp Sugar

  • 2 Tbsp Fish sauce

  • 1 Tbsp Lime juice

  • 3 Tbsp Water

What You Need

Container/ bowl

Pan

Oil

Knife

Steps

  1. Marinate the chicken with marinade for 20-30 mins.

  2. Mince garlic and chili, then mix all sauce ingredients together.

  3. Coat marinated chicken with sweet potato powder on both sides. 

  4. Heat a pan with 1-inch oil over medium-high heat, then fry the chicken on both sides until it turns golden brown.

  5. Cut the chicken into pieces for plating and drizzle with pre-mixed sauce. It’s ready to serve!
