300g Pork belly slice
Sauce mix

1/2 tsp Minced cilantro

1 Minced chili
-
3 cloves of minced garlic

2 tsp Lime juice

2 tsp Fish sauce

1 tsp Rice Alcohol

2 tsp Sugar

Steps

Mince the chili, cilantro, and garlic, then mix them with all other sauce ingredients.

Heat a pan over medium-high heat and sear the pork belly slices on both sides until cooked through.

Cut the pork belly slices into the size you prefer, then drizzle with pre-mixed sauce.

Garnish with lime slices. It’s ready to serve!
