Thai Lemon Pork

Ingredients 

300g Pork belly slice

Sauce mix

  • 1/2 tsp Minced cilantro

  • 1 Minced chili

  • 3 cloves of minced garlic

  • 2 tsp Lime juice

  • 2 tsp Fish sauce

  • 1 tsp Rice Alcohol

  • 2 tsp Sugar

What You Need

Container/ bowl

Pan

Oil

Knife

Steps

  1. Mince the chili, cilantro, and garlic, then mix them with all other sauce ingredients.

  2. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and sear the pork belly slices on both sides until cooked through.

  3. Cut the pork belly slices into the size you prefer, then drizzle with pre-mixed sauce.

  4. Garnish with lime slices. It’s ready to serve!
